The new Engine 1 is a 2007 HME Ahrens-Fox CAFS pumper with a six man cab, 5 seats are equipped with SCBA’s. It has a 2000gpm Hale QMax pump, a Hale CAFS system, a 20 gallon Class A foam tank and a 1000 gallon poly tank. This engine was placed in service in early May, 2008 and will be the primary attack piece out of Central Station. |
